Mr. Page received his Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Mississippi in 1980.
Since that time he has worked continuously in the planning field for over 28 years, holding executive positions in 5 different States.
Mr. Page has held positions at the regional, county, and municipal levels of government, as well as in private consulting.
Mr. Page has an extensive background in planning administration, economic development, downtown redevelopment, comprehensive planning and the development of implementary ordinances in arenas ranging from highly urban areas such as St. Louis, Missouri, and Memphis, Tennessee; developing rural areas of Kentucky and Indiana, and the resort/tourist driven economy of South Padre Island, Texas.
Mr. Page serves as the City’s representative to the Memphis Metropolitan Planning Organization and to the DeSoto County Regional Utility Authority, where he has served as President for the last 10 years.
Mr. Page also serves as Vice-President of the A.W. Bouchillon Institute of Community Planning.
